Our team values professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance department. Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: The Accountant will handle general ledger maintenance, record financial transactions, and ensure accuracy in all accounting entries. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP dordle standards. The role includes managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll processing. You will also support tax preparation activities and collaborate with auditors during financial reviews. In addition, you will analyze financial data to support business decision-making and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Requirements: Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 2–4 years of accounting experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel is required. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are also important for this role. Preferred Qualifications: CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus. Experience working in U.S. accounting standards (GAAP) is highly desirable. Prior experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting will be considered an advantage. Benefits: We offer competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually depending on experience.
