As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our support team and help us maintain strong relationships with our customers. Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Resolve product or service issues with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information and guidance to customers Document customer interactions and update records in the system Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Assist in improving customer support processes and workflows Follow company policies and communication standards Requirements High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related field (fresh graduates welcome) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Good problem-solving and active listening skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in call center or online customer support Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms Bilingual abilities (English + Spanish or other languages) is an advantage Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed Benefits Competitive salary: $38,000 – $52,000 per year (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Training and career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Work Schedule Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Some flexible or rotating shifts may be required depending on business needs.
